Forms
Additional forms may be necessary to complete to your financial aid application. Faxing is the quickest and safest way to submit documents. We accept faxed forms 24 hours a day. To confirm that we have received your fax, allow 72 hours, then log on to myCUinfo, select the "Financial" tab along the top of the page, and view your Financial Aid "Application Status". (Incoming freshman and transfer students can access this information via myCUBoulder.colorado.edu.)

General Processing Forms
After we receive your FAFSA information, it might be necessary to request additional information to determine eligibility. We will send notification to let you know what is needed.
