Ruth Helm, Ph.D.

I received my Ph.D. in Early American History at the University of Colorado, where I have remained to teach in the Sewall Academic ruth2.JPG (49064 bytes)Program and the Department of History. As a tried and true Coloradoan, I spend most of my leisure time outdoors, but I enjoy most sharing my interest in American history and culture with the students at CU.

Ruth Helm is the Sewall Academic Program Associate Director.

She is the recipient of the Boulder Faculty Assembly (BFA) Teaching Award and the Residence Halls Teaching Award.
