Green Power +

Gasoline and coal, the worlds main energy sources, create a lot of pollution and won't last forever. Wouldn't it be nice to have an Earth friendly alternative? Come investigate renewable energy in an inquiry, hands-on approach. We will experiment with solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biomass and other energy sources. Some of the activities may include building a solar cooker or solar car, designing and creating a model for a solar home or hot water heating system, or generating electricity from wind by building a windmill, or making biodiesel.
