Boulder Rocks! – A Field Class

Grab your collecting bags, bring your love of rocks, and join us as we explore the geology of the Boulder area. We'll spend the week traveling to some of the best collecting sites while we learn about minerals, gems, and other cool geology stuff. Please note: This is a field class. Students will be transported in university vans with a trained driver. Students need sturdy walking shoes, hat, daypack, waterproof windbreaker, water bottle, a non-peanut snack each day, as well as sunscreen and repellent pre-applied. *Students must be at least 6 years of age by the first day of class. All classes meet on CU Main Campus.
