Registration Information

Rafting

Our camps fill quickly. We suggest you apply as soon as possible. We accept a maximum of 12 students per camp. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis with an attempt to maintain a balance of male and female students.

Application and Payment Procedure

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
Register and pay in FULL by Feb 1st and receive $50 off of your tuition.
Does not include Peak and Prairie or Pacific Northwest Trek.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
We encourage you to register online for FAST, CONVENIENT, IMMEDIATE confirmation of your trip. Complete the required fields, submit your secure payment, and you are done! (Registration pages take a few moments to download.)

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE

  • Complete the application form. Include $300 deposit ($150 non-refundable) for each camp. Make checks payable to Science Discovery. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
  • Send to Wilderness Camps, CU Science Discovery, 446 UCB, Boulder, CO 80309; drop off at the Science Discovery office at 3400 Marine Street, Rm.131, Boulder 80303; or fax to 303-735-6443.

Student information and parent release forms

Important Information
Upon receipt of your completed online or paper registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you with health and consent forms attached. Final payment accompanied by completed consent and health forms are due May 1. We will charge your account on May 1, unless we receive instructions from you regarding an alternate method of payment. If you are unable to pay your balance, we may have to fill your space.

If you register after May 1, FULL PAYMENT is required with your registration.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We highly recommend travel insurance to cover your costs in case cancellation is unavoidable.
  • Withdrawal after April 15 will result in a tuition refund minus the $300 deposit to cover incurred costs. If we can fill your space, we will gladly refund the tuition minus a $150 admin fee.
  • If Science Discovery cancels your camp we will credit/refund the amount paid by you.
