It's Our 21st Year! Leaving No Child Inside Since 1989.
As outdoor science educators with a keen interest in meaningful learning and roots in Outward Bound and NOLS, we believe that our unique blend of program activities offer students a significant learning experience in the natural environment.
NEW in 2009
We're excited to announce our collaboration with some of the best of what Boulder's environmental educators have to offer! It's a specially designed week combining Thorne Natural Science School, Cal-Wood Education Center and CU Science Discovery's trademark programs! Check out Pioneers to Mountaineers for more. We're also teaming up with Rocky Mountain National Park to offer a weekend Family Camp. We've added Wolf Tracks and Backpacks, an extended version of one our favorite camps. As always, we look forward to our educational and life-changing trips to Mission:Wolf. Speaking of life-changing, last summer's experience in the Pacific Northwest with 10 fabulous teens went beyond expectations! The knowledge, adventure and community fun was a celebration of everything that can go RIGHT in the world! And we're offering it again!
AN INVESTMENT TO CONSIDER
The economy has captured our attention. We all are asking ourselves tough questions about where to wisely allocate our income. These are tough choices. And children still must experience meaningful learning and connection to wild places. That's why we believe choosing to enroll your child in one of our highly esteemed CU Science Discovery Wilderness Camps is an investment in your child's education and future relationship with the planet.
Be sure to read what other parents, staff and students have said about our camps. Help us celebrate what's RIGHT WITH THE WORLD while providing quality educational wilderness camps with your child's future and the health of our planet in mind.
