Metabolism Study
The Human Integrative Physiology Department is looking for
volunteers to participate in a research study looking at the effects of aging on
metabolism. You must be between the ages of 18-35 or 50-79, a non-smoker and not
taking prescription medications for high blood pressure or cholesterol. You must
not be exercising more than 2 days a week. Individuals of all races or

Aging, Exercise, and Blood Vessel
Function
Researchers at the University of Colorado-Boulder are seeking healthy men and women ages 18-79 to help determine how blood vessel function is affected by aging and exercise. Participants must be sedentary, non-smokers, and taking no prescription medication for cardiovascular disease.

Are you a healthy 18-79 year-old male interested in learning
about your health? The Human Integrative Physiology Laboratory seeks volunteers
who do not exercise regularly for research examining how abdominal fat affects
vascular health. Participants receive a free comprehensive health assessment
that includes: cholesterol, body fat, bone density,
cardiovascular health and dietary
analysis. Financial compensation provided. Volunteers should not currently use
medications for cardiovascular disorders or tobacco. For more information,
