How do you write a hypertext anyway?

There's much to like about CTHEORY. That is, there's much to like about the concept of CTHEORY: an international online journal of theory, technology and culture. Heck, with Baudrillard and other "leading" or "emblematic" (see CTHEORY bios) media and technology theorists on the editorial board and represented in force in the article section of the site, it's hard not to stand in awe of it for just a little while.

Isn't it necessarily a secondary, subsequent act to the creative impetus?
