2. Moffit Library at the University of California Berkeley:
This library provides a huge assortment of films and videos which are of relevance to the Academic Study of Hinduism. The scope of the library includes materials on South Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceanic. 3. Newstracks:
This group is a compiler of a monthly news video journal from India. The works are available at Clemons library at the University of Virginia, the compiler can be reached at pm9k@virginia.EDU. The archives themselves are very extensive and contains a great deal of material not available anywhere else. A great deal of patience is necessary to sort through the junk, but there are gems hidden here amidst discussions of "15 of India's most fabulous hunks." 4. University of Virginia:
The South Asian Studies portion of the Film and Video Lending Library at UVA is an exceptional resource for films and videos relevant to the field. This library allows you to view these videos as long as they are requested two weeks prior to viewing and are shipped back within 24 hours. Reservations can be made by phone (804) 924-8815. Short annotations of each of these videos (and there are a lot of them!) can be scanned at gopher://minerva.acc.virginia.edu:70/0/pubs/soasia/filmsall.csa.
5. Wall, Edward C. Ed. Media Review Digest, Terian Press.
This work is a complete listing of media material for a given year. The index is organized by title and is a good source if a specific movie is required.
