How well you mange a research team has always been central to how successful your research career will be. In recent years as research teams grow in size and projects become increasingly interdependent this has become even more true. In this workshop, Michael McGrath will discuss how to manage a research team. We expect to have plenty of time for questions and discussion, so come prepared to talk and meet your fellow postdocs.
