Online Investigation and Teacher Materials:

You will be playing the role of an officer in the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia. As an EIS officer, you have been called to the small town of Eden, GA to investigate an outbreak in progress. You will be responsible for gathering data by interviewing the people affected by the outbreak. After you have gathered sufficient data, you and the other members of your investigative team will be asked to decide on a preliminary diagnosis. Do you feel up to the challenge?
