and skills of a broad range of Boulder campus disciplines to
the Colorado community, through a number of outreach programs.
- A sampling of CU-Boulder outreach includes:
- the CU Speaker's Bureau, a program that sends faculty
speakers throughout the state to speak to groups on topics
ranging from astrophysics to women's issues;
- CU4K12 Web site, an outreach and in-service program
guide for Colorado's teachers featuring more than 112
programs and 68 Internet resources for Colorado's K-12
teachers and students;
- CU in the Community, a partnership between the Boulder
campus and Colorado communities that integrates the university's
education, research and service mission with the goals
and needs of various communities throughout the state.
