CU-Boulder led the nation with four recipients of the prestigious 2001 Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers. Researchers Kenneth Gall, Jorge Zornberg, Thomas Hamill and Steven Brown received the award, which is the highest honor bestowed by the U.S. government on outstanding scientists and engineers early in their careers.
