PIs: Victor M. Bright, Juliet Gopinath, Carol Cogswell, Robert Cormack.
Student: Alex Watson, Robert Niederriter.

Project field/specialty: Microfluidic MEMS

Project Description:

This project focuses on the fabrication and characterization of individually addressable liquid microlens arrays with tunable focal length via the phenomenon of electrowetting. Development of such arrays has impacts for adaptive optics and directed energy applications.
