Q1: Why does increasing the temperature increase the amount of C, while lowering the temperature decrease the amount of C?

Here is a simple cell.  There is a Na+, K+ ATPase that is working as a pump.   It moves Na+ out of the cell and K+ into the cell.   

Q2: What happens to Na+ and K+ gradients if the cell runs out of ATP?

Q3: Under what conditions might the Na+, K+ ATPase run backward so as to generate ATP.
