Matt Charmichael, an 18-year-old senior at Columbine High School, is reunited with friends at nearby Leawood Elementary where families congregated with their children on the day of the massacre. Carmichael was in choir and had to flee the school after hearing gunshots and explosions. He was amazed this happened in Littleton because as he puts it, Were in the burbs for Gods sake. |
