Lee Hood (hood@ucsu.colorado.edu) is a doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado at Boulder and will join CU's broadcasting faculty in January, '00. As a member of the research team, Lee interviews families with young children and also contributes expertise in the interpretation of electronic news. Lee was an Emmy award-winning news producer in Denver (KUSA) before returning to higher education. She now works as a freelance producer and writer at KCNC, the CBS-owned and operated television station in Denver. She has been in television since 1981, and also has experience in radio and newspapers. Lee is married and has a young daughter. More information |
