Campus departments

Campus departments can order telephone service, phones, and Voice Mail.

First steps:

• Contact your communications liaison to order telephones, service and accessories.

What you'll need:

• Faculty and staff can pick out the Phones and Accessories they want and then contact their Liaison. Please keep in mind that long-distance authorization codes are not available to faculty and staff for personal use. In these instances, a third-party calling card will need to be obtained.
• You will need a speed type number for telephone activation and monthly service payments.

Residence Halls and University Apartments

Residence Halls

• Basic land line phone service is NOT included in Room and Board for Residence Halls. However, to activate land line phone service please call Occupancy Management (303-492-6673), note there is an addional non-refundable fee of $500 per academic year.

University Apartments (family housing and Bear Creek)

• Family housing apartments and Bear Creek apartments are equipped with single-line, analog phone service, but DOES NOT include a basic telephone. You must provide your own personal phones, cordless phones, and answering machines.
