Audio Conferencing An audio conference is a telephone connection with multiple participants. Audio conferencing is a convenient alternative to travel when the meeting does not require face-to-face interaction or document sharing. When you have more participants than you can connect using the Conference Calling feature on your campus phone, you will need the assistance of a Conferencing Services Provider. These service providers offer a wide array of basic and enhanced conferencing services. In all cases, your first step will be to initiate a "customer" relationship with the service provider by establishing a conferencing account. The easiest way to set up an account is to use your A-Card as the billing mechanism. Below is a link to the Conferencing Service Provider that has established a service relationship with CU-Boulder. Please note that the service provider is responsible for processing all of your customer service/support needs. Conferencing Service Provider Verizon Qwest Arranging a Conference Call
