The IT Service Center provides one-start support for all campus phone and computing needs. If we can't answer your questions, we'll refer you to someone who can.

Desktop Support (BugBusters)

Walk-in Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

ITS provides no-cost on-site software support for laptop and desktop workstations to faculty and staff of the CU Boulder campus. ITS also offers desktop support for laptops and desktops to all campus affiliates on a first-come, first-served basis at our Walk-In Center.

PC Maintenance

PC Maintenance is an on-campus computing hardware repair facility. It is located at Gate 6 in Folsom stadium and is open from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. PC Maintenance offers full-service computer support for IBM, Apple, Gateway, Hewlett Packard, Dell, and other manufacturers and also is a fully authorized warranty service center for Apple and Dell computer products. For all other brands, our technicians can facilitate warranty repairs for a fee. Call 303-492-8001 for additional service information.

Sunday, noon to 11:45, Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

In Norlin, you will have access to Macs and PCs and ITS Computing Advisors, who can help with questions about hardware, software and peripherals in labs.

Educational Technology Facilities Support (ETFS)

ETFS (Classroom Support) provides assistance in using the equipment in all the technology classrooms on campus. Media cabinet keys are available here as well.
