ITS strives to provide a level of service that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations. Toward this end, ITS is structured around a tiered-support model that defines each ITS employee's support role. The ITS Four-Tiered Support Model not only provides internal structure but also helps ensure proper escalation of customer support issues and consistent service.
