Tech Support
Advising and tech support services are provided for SPSS and SAS by Alex Pearson of ITS, 303-735-0159.

Advising and tech support for Mathematica and IDL are provided by Bruce Fast, 303-492-8995.

 

Workshops
There are periodic beginner-level workshops for SAS, SPSS, Mathematica, and IDL, and other workshops can be arranged with Alex or Bruce as needed.

How to download software from the Microsoft Campus Agreement website:

  1. Go to https://cuservices.colorado.edu/microsoft. Only faculty, staff, and student employees can log in.
  2. Log in with your CU Login Name and IdentiKey password.
  3. Click on the Download Software link.
  4. Click on a software title to download a disc image.
  5. The download will begin. If the download site is over capacity, you will see a message instructing you to try again.
  6. Log out.
  7. If you've downloaded a .iso file, you will need to burn that file onto a disc. Click here to learn more.

How to get a license key from the Microsoft Campus Agreement website:

  1. Go to https://cuservices.colorado.edu/microsoft. Only faculty, staff, and student employees can log in.
  2. Log in with your CU Login Name and IdentiKey password.
  3. Read the Microsoft Software Licenses Terms and Conditions.
  4. Click the I Agree to these Terms and Conditions button.
  5. Copy and paste the product key into a word processing file or write the key down. Please do not share this key with anyone else.
  6. Log out.
  7. When prompted, enter the product key during the software installation.
