Tech Support
Advising and tech support services are provided for SPSS and SAS by Alex Pearson of ITS, 303-735-0159.

Advising and tech support for Mathematica and IDL are provided by Bruce Fast, 303-492-8995.

 

Workshops
There are periodic beginner-level workshops for SAS, SPSS, Mathematica, and IDL, and other workshops can be arranged with Alex or Bruce as needed.

Tier 2 CSR Information and FAQ about Microsoft Campus Agreement

CSRs can request a single disc for each software title to fulfill departmental needs. Please note that CSRs will have to make a request via an online form:

  • Important! The agreement stipulates that the media ITS provides to CSRs can only be used on computers purchased with CU-Boulder funds. Faculty and staff members that conduct university work on a personally owned computer (purchased with personal funds), must download the disc image from the website and burn that image onto their own personally purchased media.
