The success of this project lies in ITS's coordination with departmental partners. Below are resources that can help ITS's partners in this rewire effort:

• New 100 Mbps Service Help
  • ITS is rolling out upgraded network connections of 100 Mbps Ethernet service to rewired buildings. If you have been notified that your building will be upgraded to this service, the resources below may help.
    • Auto-negotiation documentation for CSRs.

      • Windows Vista (coming soon)
  • If your computer or printer is experiencing a slow connection or no connection at all, contact the IT Service Center and mention that your building's Ethernet service has been upgraded to 100 Mbps service.
