Get your reservations early!

Obtaining lodging during the workshop will be difficult because the City of Boulder and CU-Boulder will host ~ 30,000 extra people for the Colorado high school basketball championships (boys, girls, 4A, 5A) on 10-13 March.

Special Workshop rates

Special negotiated Workshop rates are available at Best Western Boulder Inn, within walking distance of INSTAAR and the Workshop (see Boulder Map). You can make your reservation by internet, fax, or phone. All reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any remaining unreserved rooms on 10 February will no longer be guaranteed for Workshop participants. The rate will be honored only if other hotel guests have not reserved the rooms. Rate includes complimentary continental breakfast, free wireless T1 internet access, free local calls, and one pass to a local health club.
