Our Services
Employment Services is a part of the Department of Human Resources and provides the Boulder campus and System Administration of the University of Colorado with services related to administration of the Colorado State Personnel System, including recruitment, testing, and referral of classified staff; job evaluation (classification) of positions; processing retention rights (layoffs); interpretation of State Personnel Rules and Procedures; PeopleSoft approval for classified staff appointments; and publication of staff pay plans.
