Welcome to the Social Page... Sometimes a girl just needs to let her hair down and have some fun! At Chi Omega, we have numerous social events throughout the year. We have a formal in the fall, as well as semi-formal in the spring. The senior Chi-O's get to plan the fall formal, and they are the only ones who get to know ahead of time where it will be held. In the past, we have danced the night away at places like Ocean Journey, Dave & Busters, and Invesco Field.
Our social events throughout the year range from theme parties to date parties and four-ways! It is always fun to come up with new ideas for social events and themes. Some of the parties for this semester include: Chi O-T-Ugly, Cops and Robbers Crush, Mardi Gras, Destination Unknown, and of course our annual Spring Semi-Formal....and we have a lots of fun ideas in store for next semester.
As social chair, I not only get to act as the host of the party, but I also get to do all the behind the scenes planning. Social chair also works hand in hand with Social Business and together we come up with cute t-shirts/sweatshirts for every party. We also have a photographer come take snapshots at each event, so we have lasting memories of the good times! I'd love to hear feedback about any of the events.
