Colorado GPS Experiment

This was a CIRES Innovative Research Program funded project. In summer 2001 Fred Blume and assistants reoccupied 26 sites of the National Geodetic Survey's High Accuracy Reference Network. Repeating the 2001 measurements at a later date will provide a precise calculation of the strain field across the Rio Grande Rift and the Southern Rocky Mountains.
