Unisex and
Single User Restrooms
Here is a list of Unisex or Single User restrooms
on campus and around Boulder.
Unisex
Residence Halls
Most of the residence halls have a "guest bathroom" toward
the front of the hall (near the office or in an area
that's open to the public without keys).
Cheyenne Arapaho Hall
Cheyenne Arapaho Hall has a unisex bathroom located
in the main lobby. While it currently only has
a single toilet and sink, there may be a shower
in the near future.
Sewall Hall
There is a unisex/single-user bathroom in Sewall
Hall in the main lobby on the 2nd floor, across
the hall from the front office, off of the vending
machine/photocopier room. Non-residents must enter
through the main entrance in the west courtyard.
(Note: it is just a toilet and sink, no shower/bath)
Willard Hall
In Willard Hall (the same building where the GLBT
Resource Center is located) there is a single-occupant
bathroom on the 4th floor off of room 400. From
the GLBT Resource Center on the 2nd floor, go upstairs
to the 3rd floor, and right down the hallway to
the T-intersection. Turn left and go up the ramp
to the doorway on the right, which is the stairwell
up to room 400. From the entrance to the administrative
wing, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn
right. Down the hallway on the left, just before
the ramp begins to slope down, is the stairwell
up to room 400 where the McNair Program and Computing
Coordinator are housed. The restroom is to the
left at the top of those stairs.
Cristol Chemistry
There is a single unisex bathroom in room 45. It
is also wheelchair friendly and conviently located
near the UMC.
Engineering Center
If you enter from the west side of the building,
through the revolving doors, turn right and go
up the stairs ahead to your left. Up one floor,
continue straight from the staircase, then make
your first right. Make an immediate left and it
will be on your left. This is in the middle of
the Applied Math Department.
Duane Physics
Physics building, across from D1B11, on the 1B level
(the floor you enter on from the north or east)
on the west side of the building - all the way
down the hall from the lecture halls, near the
machine shop. There is also a unisex restroom on
the 11th floor of the Gamow Tower.
University Memorial Center
Enter from the north-east corner. Go down the stairs
that will lead you to the bookstore (turning left
instead of going down the stairs leads to the Subway/Alfred
Packer Grill area). Instead of going in the bookstore,
go straight and it's right there.
Single User
Engineering Center
The bathrooms on the first floor of the Engineering
Building near the student study area are single-occupant/single-gender
restrooms.
Duane Physics
Some of the bathrooms in the Gamow Tower (floors
2 and higher in the center of the Physics Building)
are single user.

It is on the south side of the creek crossing,
on your left going north as you come into the large
main room from the novels. It is actually labeled
a unisex kid's restroom, but its fine for adults
too.
Illegal Pete's
Illegal Pete's on the hill has a unisex restroom.
The Tea Spot
The Tea Spot is the cutest little tea shop in Boulder. It is queer owned and operated, and also has gender-neutral bathrooms
