The GLBT Resource Center is open during the school year from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm except on University Holidays. We are located in Willard 227 (click here for map). GLBTRC Welcome Back Celebration

Bring your friends and join us for food and fun as we welcome new and returning students, faculty, and staff to campus! Our biggest event of the year. This year catered by Half Fast Subs and featuring information and networking with dozens of LGBTQIA-supporting organizations and groups!

Boulder Pride Pridefest Block Party
11am-6pm, Pearl Street Mall
The Block Party will feature dozens of booths for community groups, artists and businesses. Roster of LGBT performers includes : Something About Lulu, Ryan Mintz, James Roy; The Evolving Doors Dance Troup; Disco Mountain ; and Nuclia Waste, the Mistress of Ceremonies. Block Party will feature an active children's area, including face painting, art projects, and a balloon artist. Come get an illegal marriage at the wedding chapel provided by AM760, progressive talk radio and hosted by Boulder Pride. Festivities will continue into the night at the "Block Party After Dark."

GLBTRC Volunteers are students that work to educate and outreach to the campus by providing presentations, office support, tabling, fliering , event organizing, etc. around GLBT issues. GLBTRC volunteers need to be comfortable speaking in front of groups and/or one-on-on with individuals. GLBTRC volunteers should be motivated around social justice issues regarding marginalized populations on campus and a have a strong willingness and dedication to learn and to work with others. Applicants must be available for training 930am-4pm on Saturday, September 27.

CU-Boulder one of the Top 100 Campuses for LGBT Students!
August 1, 2006 - CU-Boulder was recognized as one of the 100 Best Campuses for LGBT students
and will be included in The Advocate College Guide for LGBT Students, the first comprehensive campus guide to
highlight the 100 most LGBT-friendly campuses in the United States. CU-Boulder's positive
environment, programs and services and LGBT student coalitions were cause for the distinction.
