------------------------------------------ Subject: AFFORDABLE CONDO OFFERING TO CU FACULTY/STAFF Forty-four city-approved affordable condominiums from $99,000 to $166,000 will be built at the Village at Boulder Creek, between Folsom and 28th, occupancy date fall 2002. University of Colorado at Boulder faculty and staff are being given an opportunity to learn about them and, if interested, to be put on a priority reservation list at two meetings scheduled in August. The meetings are on August 15th and 29th, and both start at 6 p.m. Both will be held at the Good Samaritan facility located at 2525 Taft Drive. A representative from the city will explain the Affordable Housing qualification process, and the developer will describe the project.
