ARTICLE IX. Amending and Suspending the Bylaws

Section 1: Changes in the bylaws of the Assembly require:
  1. Notice of motion at any regular or special meeting of the Assembly, and
  2. Approval of a two-thirds majority of those members of the Assembly voting at a regular or special meeting following that at which notice was given.
Section 2: Any single bylaw may be temporarily suspended by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of those members of the Assembly voting at a regular or special meeting of the Assembly.
