On October 15, 2011, the Boulder Faculty Assembly hosted a meeting of faculty governance leaders from universities in the PAC-12 conference. That group created a new organization: the Coalition of PAC-12 faculties.

The Coalition of PAC-12 Faculties met again on April 14th and 15th in Seattle, Washington, hosted by Washington State University.
The next meeting of the Coalition will be held in October, 2012, in Salt Lake City, hosted by the University of Utah.
