Resolution: Global Community Response to 9/11/01

We wish to go on record as siding with the civilized global community, which asks that the government of the United States respond to the 9/11/01 attacks in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania in a manner that makes every effort not to harm innocent civilians or violate the constitutional rights of U.S. citizens.
