Whereas,

-- the University of Colorado has recently added sexual orientation to its nondiscrimination policy;

and

-- the University of Colorado Regents recently failed to pass a domestic partner benefits bill on September 6th;

BE IT RESOLVED

-- that the University of Colorado Boulder Faculty Assembly supports providing domestic partner benefits to same-sex and opposite-sex couples.
