Bio
Danica Trifunovic was born in Belgrade (ex-Yugoslavia/ Serbia) and spent the part of her childhood in Rabat (Morroco). She graduated double majoring in French Language and Litterature at the Faculty of Philology at University of Belgrade. She came to United States, and received her Masters degree in French Litterature at University of Colorado at Boulder.
Danica teaches French language and Pedagogy, and is also responsible for the coordination of the first year language program. Her professional interests are in language, phonetics, and language-teaching methodologies. Her recent project is teaching language, and phonetics through the performance of French Musical (“Romeo et Juliette: De la Haine a l’Amour” by Gerard Presgurvic). This advanced oral practice should make French pronunciation much easier and joyful to attain.
