Bio

PhotoJudy McDonald received her B.A. in Music Education from the University of Colorado in 1975 and her B.A. in Italian in 2002.  She began tutoring for Valerie Williamson’s Modified Italian class in 1999, and began teaching the same sequence of classes in 2000.  Before that, she tutored in Italian for the Department of French and Italian and also for the Athletic program at CU, as well as teaching a beginning Italian course at Alexander Dawson School.  She also holds an Instructor’s certificate for sailplanes.  An enthusiastic member of Team Italia, she spends a lot of time on her bicycle when she is not traveling.
