Adobe Acrobat is a package of programs from Adobe that allows one to create pdf files directly from other formats such as WordPerfect and Word. It includes the Reader and costs approximately $xx with the academic discount. For more details see Adobe Acrobat.

Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded to your machine, clicking the title of the document will open it on the Web in the Acrobat Reader. Then use "save as" under "file" to copy the paper to one of your directories.
