The Ethnic Living and Learning Community(ELLC)Leadership Studies Program is located at the Williams Village residential complex at the southeast corner of campus. Over 2000 students currently reside in the residence halls and at the Bear Creek apartments adjacent to Will Vill. The university has plans to complete a new residence facility to accomodate an additional 450 students at Williams Village by 2011.

Students in the ELLC are assigned rooms on floors in the Stearns East building that are reserved exclusively for the leadership program. Interacting in the classroom and on their floors, students embark on the dynamic and challenging task of forming an authentic multicultural community that facilitates adjusting to their new life at CU.
