Leadership Summits
ELLC students tackle the wall at CU's Challenge Course
Twice a year, Ethnic Living and Learning Community students and staff attend weekend leadership summits. Participants discuss topics being developed in leadership classes and take part in outdoor activities that develop leadership skills, they are further engaged in the learning and practice of culturally competent leadership. Students are guided through a series of interactive discussions, activities and skill building initiatives to solidify their understanding of leadership and community. Getting to know and understand each other better is one result of these weekends away from campus.
