Leadership Curriculum
ELLC students minimally take 4 credit hours of Leadership course work each semester. The ELLC Leadership Studies Program leverages the experience of living in a focused multicultural environment to amplify the academic knowledge base. ELLC classrooms are located at Williams Village.

- LDSP 2910-1, Practicum in Community Building
Spring Semester
- LDSP 2400-3, Understanding Privilege & Oppression in Contemporary U.S. Society
- LDSP 2910-1, Practicum in Community Building
Leadership courses are designed to introduce students to historical and emerging theories of leadership and its practice, their multidisciplinary nature and to critically analyze leadership beyond the historical contexts of position and power. Additional attention is provided to help students understand how institutions and communities solve problems and how different leadership styles are needed to work effectively in diverse settings.
