Laboratories should be surveyed with filter wipe smears to check for loose contamination EACH WEEK (defined as Sunday-Saturday) unsealed radiation is used in the lab.

All survey results and print-outs should be kept in the laboratory's Radiation Safety Logbook and documented on the survey logsheet.  These logsheets are available below to be printed and placed in your Logbook.  The Logbooks will be checked on a regular basis by Health Physics.  Send an e-mail to Health Physics if you have questions.
