Registration

All conference participants are asked to register, including those who will be speaking at the event. There are two ways to register:

1. Via PDF
   • Please download the registration form
   • Fill it out
   • Return it either via postal mail (see "Payment" return address below) or via email (lenski@colorado.edu)
2. Via Online Form
   • Please fill out and submit online form
3. On site (after March 9)
   • You can download the on-site registration form and submit it at the registration table upon arrival.

Payment

Note that all CU students, faculty and staff may attend all events except the Saturday lunch, Saturday banquet, and Sunday brunch for free upon presentation of a CU ID.

Others must pay full registration to participate in all events or a $10 one day registration fee for each day they attend presentations. The Saturday lunch and banquet and the Sunday brunch as well as the conference booklet are available only to full registrants.

Payment may be received via check or in cash. Foreign participants may pay fees upon arrival at the conference.

Whether you register via PDF or the online form, please be sure to send your dues check, made out to "University of Colorado", via post to:
