Overview
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) provides a secure encrypted tunnel from
your computer to CU's network whether you are on campus or off. If you
are using the client from off campus, it appears that your computer
traffic is originating from the CU network thus allowing access to resources that require on-campus connections such as library resources.

VPN Client Software Download and Installation Instructions
ITS provides downloads and various levels of support for multiple
operating systems. Resources for getting started with the VPN client

SSL Web-Based VPN Pilot Program
ITS is conducting a pilot program to test a new VPN service which offers a higher level of functionality and flexibility as compared to the current VPN solution supported on campus. This version also supports Windows 64-bit Operating Systems. |
