ITS liaisons are vital links in the CU-Boulder communications system. One liaison is appointed by each department and is empowered to interact with ITS on behalf of that department. As the name liaison suggests, the liaison's main function is to establish and maintain a working relationship with the Telecom office and staff. However, liaisons play several roles and perform many tasks.
