TIPS

Multi-line phone users can set up a conference call for up to six participants, anytime, at no additional cost, by using the Conference Calling feature.

When your conference involves several people at the same location, you can make it easier for for them to participate. Borrow a Conferencing Unit from ITS.

Call the Campus Operator at 2-1411 for help with audio conferencing.

Audio Conferencing

An audio conference is a telephone connection with multiple participants. Audio conferencing is a convenient alternative to travel when the meeting does not require face-to-face interaction or document sharing.

When you have more participants than you can connect using the Conference Calling feature on your campus phone, you will need the assistance of a Conferencing Services Provider. These service providers offer a wide array of basic and enhanced conferencing services. In all cases, your first step will be to initiate a "customer" relationship with the service provider by establishing a conferencing account. The easiest way to set up an account is to use your A-Card as the billing mechanism.

Below is a link to the Conferencing Service Provider that has established a service relationship with CU-Boulder. Please note that the service provider is responsible for processing all of your customer service/support needs.
