Overview
of Project
The CU-Boulder campus is in the midst of a major project to upgrade
the wiring infrastructure which supports voice and data communications
in general fund buildings. This upgrade is essential to support current
and future networking needs. The rewiring will be completed in four phases
through the next two years. Information about timing for each phase will
be updated on this web site. Specific announcements about the scheduling
and timing of this work will be disseminated per building through building
proctors as work approaches each general fund building. The process of
replacing wiring will impact many ares of a building, therefore all rewiring
activity will occur after normal business hours to minimize disruptions.
