Troubleshooting Tips
Problem:
I can’t turn my i>clicker remote on, even though I’ve put new batteries in the device.
Possible Solution:
Some older i>clicker devices have a problem with battery spring fatigue. If you believe that your device is experiencing spring fatigue, visit the CU Bookstore or IT Service Center and ask for a new i>clicker spring.
Problem:
My instructor can’t synchronize my i>clicker remote ID with my CU Login Name.
Possible Solution:
Make sure that you have registered your i>clicker remote in CUConnect (instructions). If you have already registered your i>clicker remote, verify that you have entered the correct remote ID.
Problem:
I don’t know how to set my i>clicker remote’s frequency?
Possible Solution:
Click here for instructions on setting remote frequency.
