Audio- and Videoconferencing Seminar Room

Overview
ITS has an audio- and videoconferencing room in a seminar configuration. This room is in the Stadium, Room 312. To get there, enter Gate 7, and go to the third floor. This room seats six.

This room can be used to conduct an audio conference, or a videoconference. It has two monitors (one for seeing your local group, and one for seeing people at the remote site). It has one microphone, and a VGA connection for your laptop. Note, presenters need to bring their own computers to the room.

First Steps

• To schedule an audio conference or videoconference call the IT Service Center at 303-735-HELP (5-4357 from an on-campus phone).

What You'll Need

• To schedule a videoconference you should have contact information for a technician at the other site. There is a charge for using this room. You will need to have a form of payment such as ACARD or speedtype available as well.
