Overview
ITS can assist you in audio, video, and web conferencing. For audio conferencing you can use your existing telephone to assemble a conference with six or fewer parties. For assistance with larger conferences, dial 0.

If you would like to hold an audio conference in a room, ITS has a seminar room with an audio conferencing unit.

If you would like to hold a videoconference, ITS has one room available. This room is a seminar room.

If you would like to check out an audio conferencing unit, call 303-735-HELP (5-4357 from an on-campus phone). You can to reserve one up to two days in advance.

What You'll Need

• To schedule a videoconference you should have information on a technical contact for the other site(s).
• To check out an audio conferencing unit, you will need to pick it up at the Telecommunications Center front desk. You will need a speedtype for a damage deposit. You will also need an analog telephone line, and a power outlet 25 feet or closer to where you will place the telephone.
